Blackhawk is a locally owned & operated construction company. Bob Koelling, Blackhawk’ s owner, founded the company in 1988. While many general contractors use over 18 different sub-contractors on most jobs, we take pride in managing all aspects of our contracts. The company general-contracts both residential & commercial projects & takes pride in its reputation for completing work in a timely manner with the customer’s satisfaction as our primary goal.
Residential experience includes design & construction of custom homes, remodeling, specialty decks/pavilions & cabinetry, trim & moldings. No job is too big or too small.
Commercial experience includes firehouses, hotels, child care centers & schools. Blackhawk is a bonded company & is familiar with regulations of various city & county building codes. We have experience & knowledge in both conventional & green material construction. Our commercial projects to date have ranged in value from $45,000 to $1.9 million.
